Among the Facility Maintenance Services that can be customized for your facility are:
Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and Work Orders: Landport, our online management system, provides a Preventative Maintenance report every month and every quarter to ensure each location is following the schedule as outlined in the contract. The Inspection sheet is generated for each location to ensure that each Preventative Maintenance task is completed and done correctly. This allows us to be pro-active in our approach.
Our work orders are also managed by Landport. This service is made available to meet incidental needs, repairs and issues that require urgent attention.
Building Maintenance: Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for any building repairs such as toilet leakage, leaking faucets, sloan valve repairs, overhead door maintenance, other door maintenance, and minor wall repairs and ballast replacement. We offer a courtesy check of HVAC filters and belts and replace if needed.
Light re-lamping: Landport enables you to schedule re-lamping of all lighting in your facility to ensure that all lamps are replaced semi-annually to avoid additional cost on labor.
Landscape Maintenance: We maintain the safety and attractiveness of your landscape by checking grounds each morning and performing trash removal of all outside trash cans on a daily basis. We will report any damage of sprinklers and foliage to the site Facility Manager.
Parking Lot Maintenance: We maintain upkeep of parking lots with trash removal on a daily basis, and then report any deficiencies (signage, potholes or stripping, etc.) to the site Facility Manager. We also provide Parking Lot Sweeping and Snow Removal.
